Kitchen / Dining: Modern fitted kitchen open plan to dining and sitting areas. El cooker, microwave, large fridge with small freezer com-partment, dishwasher, washing machine & drier in utility area. El. Kettle, mixer, iron and board.

Sitting Rooms: Comfortable and good sized sitting room open plan with living space. TV & video, radio. Full oil fired central heating. Log effect el.fire. Second small sitting room with sofa chairs with staircase leading to second double bedroom. Pine flooring and rugs.

Garden: Large, south facing grassy garden, hedged and gated with a long drive giving maximum privacy, though not remote. Some garden furniture, table chairs and loungers.

View: Splendid, over garden and treetops to river inlet.

Pets: Preferred not.

General Comments: A comfortable, well put together house equipped beyond the usual holiday house standards. Cottage character although not an old house. Has 80% repeat bookings.
