Bathroom: Bath, w.c., el.shower. Downstairs cloakroom with w.c.

Kitchen / Living: Fully fitted kitchen, marble work surfaces. El. Cooker,dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron & board. 5cu.ft fridge, el. Kettlevacuum, toaster, adequate ware and utensils. Open plan to sitting room with small Victorian style open fire, oil fired central heating, wooden flooring.

Dining: Separate small dining room with table and six chairs.

Garden: Limited. Small patio area to rear.

View: Rear view over pleasant neighbouring garden with lawns and shrubs. The harbour can be seen from the rear upper windows.

Hazards / Drawbacks: The front door opens to pavement but this can be locked and the back door used as an entrance. Parking outside on the street, but there is room for one car around the back of the house.

Parking: Roadside parking on road - outside double line area.

Pets: No.

Comments: A newish property put together with some flair. Very popular because of its location. The quieter end of town but within easy walking of everything the town has to offer.
